A stunning white moth orchid native to the tropical, low-elevation forests of the Philippines and southeastern Taiwan. Named after the Greek goddess of love, this plant produces elegant, cascading stems bearing pure-white blossoms with subtle yellow and red markings at their centres. It thrives in warm temperatures, high humidity, and bright, filtered morning light. Because it is highly resilient and free-flowering, this specific species has served as a foundational parent for many of the popular, easy-to-grow white orchid hybrids found in homes today.
