Brassavola appendiculata
A fragrant, easy to grow, epiphytic orchid species Mexico and Central America.Known for its striking star-shaped white blooms and a captivating citrus fragrance that intensifies at night, this orchid should be a part of any orchid collection. Its hardy, succulent-like foliage makes it one of the easiest orchids to maintain in our local climate.
Care Guide:

Light: Needs Bright, Indirect Light. Thrives in dappled sunlight. A slight reddish tint on the leaves is a sign of a happy plant!

Temperature: Prefers Warm to Hot conditions (15∘C to 35∘C). Protect from frost and extreme cold in southern states during winter.

Watering: Follow a "Wet and Dry" cycle. Water daily in summer (if mounted) and scale back significantly in winter to mimic its natural dry season.

Humidity & Air: Loves high humidity and strong air circulation.

Potting Media: Best grown mounted on cork or in a slatted basket with coarse orchid bark for maximum drainage.
